We made our purchase over Memorial Day weekend, and I wanted to wait until after our full experience with them to write this review. Our salesman, Darren, was fantastic—we didn’t feel hassled, pressured, or upsold in any way. We had a trip planned for June, and our new, larger trailer wouldn't fit in the campsite. Epic RV Liquidators was incredibly accommodating; they held our trade-in until after our trip so we could still go. We purchased a trailer in early 2024 and the initial experience was positive. However, after-sales support has been non-existent. We reached out regarding issues with the ceramic coating; the owner personally promised to coordinate a company to redo the application, but this was never fulfilled, and he has since stopped responding to our inquiries. More concerning is a lack of response regarding the trailer’s GVWR sticker. The trailer was sold to us with a 10,600 lb rating, which exceeds the 10,000 lb legal limit for a Class C license. This creates a significant liability and insurance risk for us. Despite calling Epic RV to resolve this, we are still waiting for a callback. Disappointing lack of accountability.
