*Disclaimer: I have not gotten any work done by them; this review is based on my experience getting an estimate. I received a lot of care & time from the team at Epley after a deer collision bent my hood. Not only did the manager Brock (sp?) and his top mechanic show me what the issues were and how they would fix them; they also found me great rates (better than 2 other shops I'd been to) and filled up fluids in my car free of charge. They also referred me to a tire shop & oil change venue. I am grateful they took at least half an hour with me to answer questions and were not in a rush to get me out. It all felt transparent and generous. My only concern was that they had mentioned going through several mechanics in the last couple of years, though that could be a reflection of the quality

I haven't had work done, but I did go in for an estimate, I was treated well and given valuable information to help with insurance totaling my car, place is nice n clean too, very friendly 😊

I attempted to discuss fixing my car with a guy, hoping to negotiate a lower price. However, the quote he provided was based on a Volkswagen Passat R Line, not the Volkswagen Passat S I own. It felt like I was unfairly judged based on my race or appearance, leading to the impression that I was a budget-conscious individual. This is the second collision repair shop in Lake City, FL, that has treated me this way, and I'm surprised they are still in business. It seems like there's a local preference for supporting their own, and if you're not from the area, the treatment can be quite poor. As a result, I've decided against doing any significant business in Lake City moving forward. I would rather travel elsewhere to get my needs met because my experience here has been frustrating. Fine quality job from a very reputable place of business. Everyone was friendly and professional, explained everything in great detail for me to understand. Brock was very professional and worked hard to get everything done/scheduled with my insurance company. They made everything easy for me. I tell everyone I know that they have to come here!

After going to 4 other auto body repair shops I ended up at Epleys from the very beginning they were professional and personable they took care of all the stuff with the insurance company after I ended up getting nowhere trying to get someone to look at my truck the amount of hail damage was undiscribeable but they repaired my truck so it looked like a brand new one, l am very pleased and would highly recommend them for any auto body work.
