Service was awful. Woman in office window was stuck up and had the audacity to say I was cussing her when I was speaking to my mother with no eye contact to her what so ever about how much better Riley’s was due to the fact my car sat for literally 4 days at “EPPS” and I was charged 425$. No other towing companies around here charged that. Not even near that. This is so unacceptable. Horrible city, horrible people, and very very horrible service and horrible woman in the window who needs to learn the difference besides being talked to directly or a conversation she doesn’t need to butt In on. If you ever need your car towed or are getting it towed, DO NOT LET EPPS TOW IT!!!! ASK FOR RILEYS!!!
