My shit box was shit boxing, needed a new valve cover, spark plugs, oil change and a few other things checked, Joe was more then fair on pricing had the job done quickly, he let me know about the airbag recall, and other things that I needed to know for my and my child's safety. I usually do my own work but just moving my tools aren't handy right now. Joe didn't try to upsell me on BS I didn't need. as a single mum whos trying to get on here feet and get established in Ohio. He's a smaller shop so he is able to pay better attention and not have to worry about turnaround like you get with other bigger shops. He's smart, caring and made sure if I had any other issues to let him know.

This was the best experience I’ve had working with a mechanic. He was very fair, explained everything he was doing, very personable and easy to talk to. As a woman, I dread going to mechanics because I never know if I’m going to be taken advantage of or talked down to. He explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand, but also didn’t make me feel simple. I will 100% be returning for any further work I will need done on my vehicles.

Joe was great to work with. He does top-notch work at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend his shop to anyone.
