I purchased a new Altima in January which had flaws in the paint/clear coat. Jay was very helpful working with Nissan regarding the warranty. Frank did the work and it was excellent. Both Jay and Frank did a great job keeping me informed. Lisa and Martha were very helpful too. Everyone was very professional. My car looked better when I picked it up than it did brand new!!!

They just fixed my son’s car and I am very happy will the work they did and also keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs and return date…

NO STARS!!!!👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 CORPORATE needs A CALL!! Very unprofessional.. we spend a bunch of money on a vehicle and these people act like it's nothing ... I'm crying right now.. they destroyed my vehicle...went in for a recall ...on the paint fOR my 2017 Toyota Corolla...I was very disappointed in the little detail that they paid attention to.. over spray paint on my mirrors, rims, and door frame.. paint chips left inside the car.. windshield was taken off and chipped .. the cab now smells like fuel I can't tell if it's an exhaust leak like they lifted the car in the air and punctured the the exhaust or whatever they did or didn't do right!!😳... I'm just so irritated.. there was no issues with the vehicle besides the paint when we took it in...got it back with a big ol dent in the door .. it lo

Brought in My wife’s 2025 Nissan Rogue because there was an issue with the alignment of my passenger rear door. It was making a weird noise and the latch was missed aligned. Brought the car in to Erdman Collision Center and lisa and Frank were my to main point of contact and the phenomenal great customer service and Frank did everything he could to make sure the door was in a better state. Very happy customer.

I called and spoke with Frankie and he was so nice. I explained that I had received a customer support notice about the peeling white paint on the door frames of my 2018 Tacoma. I also told him about a spot on my hood(which wasn’t covered) and they took care of it. 10 days later I have my truck back and it looks beautiful. Frankie and his team did an absolutely amazing job on my truck. Thank you so much. You guys rock!!!!
