Attorney is involved! They are selling brand new car after accident, without notice to the customer!!! I feel I’ve been lied to!!! This dealer is very dishonest. Poor customer service and lack of responsiveness. Bait-and-switch tactics with advertised deals. Car not being properly inspected before sale leading to immediate repair needs, they promised to take care of it but they didn’t. Disrespectful treatment from staff. They promised to help me with registration after sold the car to me I heard “we know that, now You have to contact Ford after first statement come to you”. Can’t register my car for over a month!! They told me everything will be like new car, it’s brand new car, a lot of feather inside. I don’t know where they are keeping those cars.

I was looking for a specific vehicle cuz being the Momma to 3 Great Danes and having a gardening addiction required an upgrade. So many of us work crazy hours, it was super easy to set up a test drive (Thursday) via email. Filled out credit docs online and went in on Saturday morning signed and drove off on my new car before noon! The staff are very friendly, down to earth and they listen to you conerns. I definitely would recommend them if you're looking for a vehicle.
