I had an outstanding experience working with Ashleigh Carosella at Langtree Insurance in Mooresville/Lake Norman. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Ashleigh took the time to understand exactly what I needed and found me great pricing with the perfect coverage for both my home and auto insurance. It’s rare to find someone who makes insurance feel easy, but Ashleigh truly delivered. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality service and real expertise.

I've been a customer for several years now and I can't see myself ever taking my business elsewhere. Switching to Erie first for my business policy and then my auto, Ashleigh was able to significantly reduce my rates with added benefit of WAY better customer service. Very sloppy work from the agents and staff. I looked threw my policies when they started to climb in price and found a lot of errors. Identical buildings and equipment listed multiple times on GL. Owners listed on Work Comp when request to opt out. Sold vechiles not removed from Commercial Auto. Machines not added to Inland Marine after repeated requests. Over stated replacement values on vehicles. Understated values of buildings actually needing coverage. Drivers not removed after termination and request of their removal off the policy. Incorrect addresses. I then called in and carefully showed them what changes had to be made then they committed to make the change. I then switched agents with in Builders Mutual and they re-wrote the policies and none of my changes were made! I can't bel

This is a great agency. I like that I always get a hold of a person when I call the office. They are always quick to respond and very helpful. They have shopped and serviced my policies for 6 years.
