I cannot recommend Erik's Automotive enough! I stopped by his shop just to ask for an estimate on my front bumper, expecting to have to leave my car there for a few days. Instead, Erik took a look at it, kept a super calm and professional demeanor, and actually fixed it on the spot! He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a shop this honest and efficient. I am so grateful I found them and will definitely be sending my family and friends his way!

Erik was referred to us by my brother, and he did not disappoint. My husband's Bronco Sport had a cabin leak; a plant was growing on the passenger-side floor. We took the bronco back to McCombs Ford West, and they couldn't find the issue; instead, they blamed Safelite because we had the windshield replaced. Instead, McCombs Ford West charged us $200 for basically doing nothing. They handed us a bill for the cost to replace the carpet and replace the muffler; the cost would have been at least four grand. We went to Safelite, and there was no issue with the windshield. Told my husband we are not giving money to McCombs Ford West, and we should get a second opinion. I can't even begin to express how thankful I am that I found Erik and his shop. It's hard to find a mechanic who is honest and whom you can trust and I found that in Erik! (especially after relocating from FL and leaving my good mechanic behind). Erik took care of all the needs of my 18 y/o 350Z which was leaking oil from different places in the engine and who even a Nissan dealership was not able to assess properly. Erik educated me and showed me things about my car and its problems which as a female, I truly appreciate. He was kind to me throughout all the car issues and even threw in a couple of other fixes in the mix. He has a life long customer in me now. I will be returning to him for all my car needs. Erik and his Team pulled through in a major way for me. They can do it all from Engines, Transmission, Scheduled Maintenance, Exhaust and all the in-between repairs. I need some exhaust work for my Harley. I act like I know what I am doing but we all have our limitations. Fixed it up made some adjustments and Bam back on thr road sounding better. Most shops just do certain repairs not this Team they do itall!!!

I Love This Shop and all the guys in it! I came in stranded just passing thru town! Even though I didn’t have the money to fix my car. Erik and his team still treated me like family! They’ve helped me numerous times as a person and in this world that’s rare! They get their work done and you can count on this shop to stand by their word!
