Erik and his crew were very helpful in identifying and fixing an issue with our car. Erik was extremely generous with the repair quote he gave us and helped turn our day around. Even though he doesn’t specialize in servicing regular cars, he worked on our Kia and had us back on the road in less than 20 minutes. He pushed us to the front of the line and was very sympathetic after explaining everything we had been through today. Even though my wife and I live an hour and a half away, we will gladly make the trip to see Erik if we have any further issues with our Kia. Thank you again for all of your help!

So happy I found this shop. I have a good friend that was servicing my European cars (Volvo, VW, Mercedes) but he retired. A neighbor recommended Erik and I'm so glad he did. Super knowledgeable, very fair price, and obviously meticulous (the shop is spotless). I will continue to use this shop going forward for every service. I only have the Mercedes now (2017 E400 wagon) but I want to keep it forever. It's such a pleasure going there.

I’ve been bringing my car to Erik’s for years and have always had an amazing experience. I don’t trust anyone else with my VW and it’s an amazing feeling knowing I have a mechanic I can trust. I’ve gone to others in the past that have claimed to know how to work on VWs just to charge me a lot of money and not even fix the problem. That all changed when I found Erik’s Imports. Erik worked on my Audi to replace the turbo oil feed lines, clutch and flywheel and several other maintenance items. It's an older Audi, 2002 RS6 and has had many modifications over the years (not by Erik). The project turned out to be much more work than either of us anticipated and the previous work wasn't done right. Erik stuck with the project and troubleshooted mechanical, electrical and software issues. He source new and used parts, and made parts when needed. He worked with me to make sure I knew what was going and and to try to keep the budget in check. His wide range of experience and tenacity is impressive and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Thank you so much for saving my car!!! It runs great!
