Quote for replacing ball joints on my 1999 toyota 4 runner was reasonable. Made an appt to have work done and work was completed same day. Service was friendly, and I would definitely give them a chance to earn your automotive service needs.

*Be aware* DO NOT park in this business’ lot after hours for downtown events. Even though it isn’t posted, they WILL TOW your car if you park there after hours. The owners also respond very negatively when you point out this issue with their lot. The owners of this business lack community atmosphere and effective communication. EDIT: After this review was made, the business decided to post signs about parking. At least their mistake was adjusted, despite their intensely angry responses to being told signs were needed.

Sucked. We asked for estimate then went BK for that and he said he already did the work cost $800. I ASKED ONLY FOR ESTIMATE. very bad business ethics. I would NEVER suggest going there....EVER!!!!!

Ivan was a huge help, and made great time too. Ernesto was also super helpful and answered the phone each time I called, no matter the time of day. My radiator was spewing coolant all over my engine. Ivan was kind enough to explain to me and show me where my issue was on the radiator. Most places (even if it’s just a tube that needs replaced) will tell you you need a whole new radiator and up charge. In my case I did need a new radiator, but Ivan was honest and transparent and showed me where my crack was and why I needed a new radiator. All in all, I needed a couple things done and his price for me was under $700. Cheapest I could find! Quality work, great customer service, and great value. That’s 5 stars for me. Thanks for being real with me Ivan, and helping me and my family out right
