Absolutely Horrifying Experience – BEWARE I had the worst experience at this auto parts store, and I feel compelled to warn others. I came in to return a part I purchased just a day before, with my receipt in hand, expecting a simple, routine return. Instead, I was met with unprofessional, aggressive, and completely unacceptable behavior from an employee named Anthony. From the moment I approached the counter, Anthony was loud, belligerent, and hostile. I remained calm and simply explained that I was returning an item. Rather than handling the matter professionally, he escalated the situation by becoming verbally aggressive, then physically intimidating.
