Had a great experience with Ernie's Auto of Waterbury! Found a car online that checked off all the boxes, went in, and couldn't have been more pleased. We were pleasantly greeted and allowed to demo the vehicle with absolutely no sales pressure. We agreed on a reasonable price and asked for a couple of things to be done to the vehicle. The folks at Ernie's did everything we agreed upon and then some. They honestly went above and beyond for me. They even registered the vehicle right there at the dealership and we drove away with brand new plates the same day. Talk about a stress free auto purchase! I would highly recommend Ernie's Auto, you're going to meet some down to Earth family oriented people.

I purchased a 2005 Jaguar wagon from them, throughout the entire process they were forthwith and friendly! I know Jags so I understand they are a gamble but it performs flawlessly! I needed it shipped across the US and they recommended me to a company that does it cheaper than the rest! They even touched up the paint on the car and gave me a marker lens that it was missing! I would most certainly conduct business with them again!

Recently bought 2002 impala great price. Perfect for daily driver. Father and son, both very professional and knowledgeable. Awesome experience for buying a car. Don’t buy a car from here they sale really bad used cars I understand they used but it’s not right to sale cars that break down a day or 2 later! Owners are nice and I understand they are trying to make a living but they are robbing hard working people from thousands of dollars not cool! Bring a mechanic with you!! Do not go alone if you aren’t knowledgeable with cars bring some one who can spot any problems before you buy!

*they advertise online but if you have to travel far, you may wanna reconsider! You’ll lose work hours for nothing when they drop your plans! These guys act trusting to you , they maybe hope you steal their junk cars? Idk. But they know I came from 2.5 hours away,… the older guy who represents and he also owns the nice blue and orange sports car, tells of owning multiple sports cars,,… He told me I didn’t need to make a deposit, had me make an appointment with my mechanic, in Westfield Ma, acting like it’s no big deal.saying ‘ Jennifer, you can give us your insurance info and take the van but then again it’s only a $5000 vehicle so I’m not even worried’.
