Ervin's Morgantown Auto Body

So the neighbor bumped my car and scratched up the paint. they offered to pay. I got 3 quotes, Ervins was about middle of the three but the guy seemed to know what he was doing. After giving them the car, it took a bit longer than I expected. Apparently the color of my car is a bit unique, and it took a few tries, but he was able to match the color spot on. That side of my car looks like new. I will be using them for body work again in the future.

If you've ever wondered if you're living in a dystopian society, I can say with near certainty that you are. I know this based solely on my experiences with Ervin's Auto Body. If you are in an accident that is horrific enough to total your vehicle and cripple the occupants, they will tow the vehicle to their own lot, even after the vehicle's owner and a police officer told them to take it elsewhere. Are you friends with a professional garage that specializes in the type of vehicle type that was destroyed? That is irrelevant. They will tow to their own lot, so that they can make as much money from the insurance vehicle storage fees as possible. I suspect this is the only way they are able to stay in business. If and when you show up, after you've dealt with the staggering hospital bil

I went to get estimates of a broken mirror on Saturday. Gentleman was almost closing his shop but told me that I can come in. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me an estimate. Too bad my statefarm policy doesn’t work with his shop. Thanks

The car looked great at first after replacing the front bumper, hood, and front quarter panels. However, over time the paint began to flake off on each of the parts that were replaced. I took it back in, he re-did the work, only covered 1/4 my car rental cost and then that paint job flaked off too. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because at least he was willing to admit his mistake and try again. However, the result was still flaking paint.

Had to drive from Atlanta twice and vehicle still not fixed when I got there. Don't waste your money or time on dealing with this rinky dink auto shop, find anywhere else..
