The customer service and generosity was outstanding it honestly restored my hope for kindness in humanity. I was on my way from NYC to South Florida the day before thanksgiving to see my friends and family while I had some suspension issues. Unfortunately thanksgiving day both of my tires blew out… the closest shop off I-95 that said it was open was this one and sadly it was not open. By gods grace the owner of the building saw me parked outside of his shop and I was just about to go to a hotel for the night, he stopped and asked me if I needed help!! He was able to open shop for me, get me 2 tires for an amazing price on such short notice and even gave me a delicious thanksgiving platter from his family as I was going to miss thanksgiving with my family. Hello everyone, so if you need Mechanic work and tires this is your place to visit. Go in and talk with Raymond he will get you set up. Great group of guys and they even have some used tires just in case. I have bought 2 sets of used tires from them and worked out great.

At 4:57 on a Friday afternoon, my low tire pressure alert was showing 15 lbs. We pulled into Ervin's. Our very kind guy in the SC DOT vest laid himself down on the pavement and had me back the car towards his head. He spotted the offending screw in the tire Said "No problem, it'll be ready in 30 minutes. " It was ready before then. Thank you!

We were traveling and the tread on our tire started falling off. We went to two tire places in a very small town and they didn’t have the tire we needed. The guy recommended that we drive the 30 miles to Manning,SC to get to Ervin’s Tires. So glad we did. They were able to call around and get the right tire quickly and put it on our car. They jacked the car up with me and my little granddaughters in the car and got us back on our way. Everybody there is super nice! We would heartily recommend them to anyone in Manning, SC or travelers who are passing through!❤️
