Bought a engine for my bmw 745 here. They provided vin to vehicle so I was able to run carfax and buy engine with confidence. They delivered engine to my shop day before promised day. Engine runs good and I will be using them again in the future.

Disappointed with my experience. Called yesterday for a steering pump and was given a price. Showed up today expecting to pick it up, only to be told I’d have to come back tomorrow. It’s a part that takes five minutes to disassemble—this could have been communicated upfront to save me the trip.
