Tim did an outstanding job not only with the car repairs but also with customer service. He’s easy to talk to over the phone and stays on top of communication, which I really appreciate. What stood out most was the time he took to bring me into the garage and explain everything with complete transparency. He showed me exactly what the issue was and why it mattered, which gave me a lot of confidence in his work. It means a lot when someone takes the time to explain their service. I’m very satisfied with Tim’s work and will definitely be returning to him for future needs.

Tim is awesome. He installed a new latch into my hatch trunk door of my 2011 Ford Escape, and new shocks/struts in both the hatch door and window. Price was very reasonable and he did everything in a timely manner. Everything works great and I’m so pleased with his service. Thank you, Tim.

Esteemed Automotive is owned and operated by my very good friend Tim. I have known him for over 35 years. He is skilled, honest and a hard worker. He has rescued me too many times to count. Last night my car died for the first time on the I-35 frontage road. Tim immediately arranged a tow truck and he repaired it first thing this morning. I just drove it home. The price was nominal. Now it runs better than ever. I have met his family and had Thanksgiving at his house. Obviously, he gets 5 stars again, more if it were possible. Thanks again, Tim. Dan Ortman

Recently took my older car here for AC repair. Tim was super communicative and honest. I felt very well take care of and felt that my car was in very capable hands. I cannot recommend him enough if you need car repairs. He was so kind and attentive. 100% will take my car here again for future issues ! Highly recommend!
