This is my last year with them at this location in homestead on Krome avenue. I can never get someone on the phone with good communication. This location is only good for you if you speak Spanish. Being that I don’t speak Spanish they will continue to place me on hold and eventually hang up the phone in your face. Don’t go here , try the other locations instead.

Where do I even start this company has been amazing I called and spoke to agent lis which has been an amazing help . This is my first time getting insurance by myself without my parents and she was amazing help . She got me the best deals and worked hard to provide me the best insurance she could. She also guided me step by step on the dates I would pay and when I will receive my insurance cards from mail . I highly recommend this place thank you so much lis.

I'm receiving calls way before the due Date of the 21st which on on retirement and I make my payments between the first and the 3rd of every month. I'm getting calls. I started getting calls a week ago for something. That's not even due on the 21st. If this continues, I'm gonna have to go to someone else. This place that I have been to Has consistently on a monthly basis changed personnel. I started receiving calls a month ago after I made my payment on the first. I'm on my retirement. My husband is admitted in the hospital last stage of life and I told her. Why are you calling me when it's not due until the 21st I made my payment on the 1st of this month. I can't do anything else and still. I get calls like I'm overdue when I'm not overdue. If this continues, I'm gonna have to take my bus

I had previous issues with the former insurance company so I came to Estrella about two years ago and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made regarding insurance. Daniela is a very organized agent who cares about customer service and customer experience. The location as wonderful as it is right between Showbiz and Campbell Drive. Love it love it love it
