I used to go to Mavis near my house but then found this place since I did not like the service I got from Mavis. I brought three cars here already in past few months for new rims and tires, and each time, they did a fantastic job, and not a single scratch on my rims and they are very punctual and considerate with any delays. On my latest visit, there was some misunderstanding between the management and the front desk who priced the services and they honored the original pricing agreement even though it took a lot more work on their side. I appreciated that. I'm going to continue to go here for all my wheel and alignment services instead of the Mavis. Thanks guys!

I pulled off the highway today, a little scared, as my car went into a severe wobbling the faster I went down Route 80 on my way to work, and my tire pressure gauge alarm went off and I couldn't get any system readings. I very fortunately took a back road through Denville and came out near EDT. Travis and Jason (the manager) came to my rescue and not only cleared all of the ice accumulation from my wheels and corrected my tire pressure, but also shared a great deal of their knowledge and information on what occurs during severe weather like this and how to easily rectify it. Jason also answered all of my questions regarding regular vs. nitrogen filled tires. Thank you guys for your kindness and expertise. You guys are the best and I will recommend your shop to everyone.

This is quite possibly the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop! The staff — Sebastian, Jason, and Dave — were extremely welcoming, professional, and informative. They took the time to show me exactly what my car needed and provided top-notch service in less than 24 hours. The facility was spotless, offered refreshments, and even had a comfortable area where I could get work done while I waited. I’d give them 10 stars if I could — highly recommend!

Great group of guys here. Had an issue with my car while driving home from work and happened to be right near this location. They were able to check out my car right away and quickly found the issue. Loose lug nuts due to negligence was the problem and they made sure everything was handled and safe to drive. Thanks for helping me out guys, I really appreciate it! I’ve been using this facility for a few years now and ever since the new manager Jason has taken over, I feel the customer service has gotten much better. This past week I brought my new Corvette in to have new wheels installed. During the process, Jason told me that one of the tires (4000 miles) had a split or crack in it the technician noticed while he was removing it. Without hesitation, Jason called Michelin, explained the situation, and Michelin agreed it to be a defective tire and replaced a 400$ tire for free. It was express delivered within an hour or two. They had me up and running without having to worry about leaving the car overnight. I truly believe that another shop would have told me I had to pay out of pocket.
