ETD Discount Tire Centers

Recently had to get all my tires changed and tire alignment done. After ordering from tire rack and getting it delivered to ETD Discount Tire center- we have passed by many times and only heard good things here. We dropped off my car early in the morning and picked up afternoon once they called and ready to go. Time was done sufficiently well, staff was friendly. The only con experiencing from ETD Discount Tire Center was a hidden fee. When my husband got home, I was informed about a hidden fee with including a tire insurance. This was not discussed prior to us during scheduling or drop off. Once my husband realized it, they removed the tire insurance. Please check for hidden fees. I would never take my car anywhere else. Austin and the entire team at EDT are incredibly kind, honest, and offer the best customer service. I called three other shops in the area, and ETD Englewood was the only one that could actually find and get my tire within a few hours. The service is incredibly quick and the prices are great. Austin always provides the best service. I truly trust these guys to do a high-quality job every time. Friendly, reliable, and professional. Highly recommend!

Manager Austin casually told me on the phone to come Wednesday morning and he would have the tires ordered and ready. I didn't even need to leave a phone number or credit card. I didn't make much of it, but two days later, when I got there, he remembered I was coming and everything was ready to go. They changed exactly what I ordered, to my specifications, and didn't add any other weird extra charges or services. The waiting room was large, bright, warm, clean (good bathroom) and had free hot coffee, but I didn't enjoy it much because I was done in less than an hour. I was the first one there, and first one out -- and this was on CHRISTMAS EVE to boot! Thank you for the personal attention and getting me ready before the holiday.
