ETD Discount Tire Centers

Had 5 new rims and tires put on my car. Got it back and 3/5 had dents and scratches on them. Almost looks like they were dropped or dragged. Would think for what you pay they would be a little more careful. Wouldn’t recommend.

Fantastic Prices and Service! I've lived a couple of miles from this ETD location for 26 years. I've bought many sets of tires and have had other service here and have usually (but not always) been happy with the result. My current experience, however, has been extraordinary. I just bought a new Nissan Z along with a second set of Rims, in order to mount All-Season Tires for winter use here in NJ. I had shopped prices on Tire Rack, Tire Buyer and others and then went to ETD, who handily bested the best prices I'd found and provided friendly, skilled service as well. Thanks to Al and Nick, the experience couldn't have been better!

I am not sure if there are new owners or new management but I did not recognize anyone in there. I had gone there several times before. I had a slow leak and needed a plug. The guy said I would have to leave my car all day. I said do you have any appointments times. He gave me an appointment time later that week. I asked how long it would take he said an hour. Then his coworker chimed in at least an hour and a half. I’ve had leaks over the year’s before. Never in any place has it taken that long. Red flag! I’m sure they were hoping to bill me for that time. I felt targeted as a single woman going in there. They thought they could pull one over on me. Did not use their service and never will again.

Do not go here. I brought my car in for an emergency brakes replacement 3 months ago when I was in town visiting family. Sure the staff were helpful and nice enough. Changed my brakes/rotors the same day ($2700) and I was able to drive back home to the DC area. BUT literally 2 weeks later, my car would stutter when I hit the brakes, like they weren’t catching. The brake pedal would also give while I had my foot on it. So incredibly unsafe! I called the same ETD asking what it could be. Nick (who I worked with the day I got my brakes replaced) told me not to wait and to bring it to someone right away. So after calling a few shops, I found a place that could take me that day. THE BRAKE PADS WERE EITHER PUT ON INCORRECTLY OR WERE FAULTY. They were already work unevenly and the brand new roto

Have been going here tires and brakes for years now. (2 x VW's & 2 Chevy's & 2 BMWs) Honest, straight forward and reasonable. Nick and the team have been great and wish them many more years of success. Highly recommend.
