Etowah Valley Car Wash

Great self service car wash. Plenty of options, even a dryer! Takes card, cash, or quarters. Card is $5 for almost 7 minutes of time. We used it to clean our mountain bikes.

Being a local, I try to support local businesses. However, it seems like every other time I try to use Etowah Valley Car Wash, it's out of order. I went today and the kiosk said "Wash Bay Error. See attendant". I looked around for an attendant and finally drove around to the office. I opened the door and saw someone sitting in an office. When I told him the issue, he pointed outside and mumbled something. Too busy to get up and come out! So much for supporting a local business.

Great up to date self service carwash!

Decided to do the “Gold” $10 automatic car wash this morning. Supposed to include under carriage etc. All i got was 2 pre-soak runs, a little soap and what they called the spot free rinse which was barely a trickle of water! I drove out of there with my car still covered in soap!!! I decided the hell with giving them another cent of my money and drove it home to finish washing and rinsing my car 😡 Never again! Been here 3 times, and no more. First time no issues. 2nd time the spotless rinse left nothing but residual lines on the entire vehicle. Tried window cleaner and nothing. Eventually got them off from the windows using magic eraser. Went to a different stall today, and the system wouldn't let me add money after I had soap over the entire vehicle..."system busy. try again later". So, I jump to another stall and the same thing. I had to race home to rinse off and hopefully prevent anymore lines on the vehicle. Do not recommend unless you want to clean your car after you leave the car wash.
