Brian went above and beyond to help a lady such as myself in distress! I was over 75 miles from home and basically broke down. He got me right in and fixed me up and sent me on my way. He was humble, kind, understanding, and compassionate with the up most outstanding knowledge for automobiles! He taught me how to properly check my oil and gave me instructions on future issues and guidelines in order to help maintain my truck better. I was on my way to Montana to drop my daughter off to college. I broke down and was able to get it to Brian's shop he let me use his personal vehicle to go get a rental car. He also let me keep my truck there until I could get it towed back home 5hrs away. He went above and beyond it's no wonder he has a lot of 5 star reviews. If you live anrond his shop I highly recommend you take your vehicle to him.

Brian is usually booked a few days out but that is for a good reason. He knows what he is doing, he is honest about what is wrong with your vehicle, and he gets it fixed the first time around. He is worth the drive from Waterloo to take our vehicles there because we know we won't be over priced or over fixed. This is a typical small town shop, so expect him to remember you, probably know your family, and to get your vehicle fixed right the first time.

Great shop, didn't feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a female, like other places do. He was right to the point, didn't try to upsell me anything.
