They were able to see me right away. They quickly assessed the issue and let me know how long it would take. They were transparent with every step of the process keeping me informed on the phone and via pictures/ videos. The work was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. I will never go to the Mercedes dealership again and pay 2x for same or worse service! I highly recommend using them.
