Beware!!!! This Company does not take accountability for their actions. I would give them zero stars if I could. I took my vehicle to Eureka Collision on Sept. 16th to have hail damage repaired. At first everything seemed to go smoothly, and I would have loved to give this business a good review but when I went to pick my car up it had Red/maroon color over-spray all over the hood and driver side of my vehicle and a couple chips where in the paint that wasn’t there before. When I brought it to their attention, they said they wondered where the paint came from because they supposedly had not painted anything red in color while my car was there but said no worries, they would clay bar it and remove the over-spray and fix the tiny chips. The customer service here is excellent. Dean is an amazing individual who will make sure you are taken care of.

Everyone was very nice and helpful through the whole process. Most of the work was good but I picked it up with rubbing compound still smeared across the hood and the headlight housings are different colors so attention to detail could have been better.
