Emilio was incredibly thorough, honest, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. His pricing was fair and reasonable, and he took the time to clearly explain what was actually wrong with the vehicle. Mercedes-Benz of Greenway had previously told us that the car needed a completely new engine at a cost of $24,000. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion from Emilio. After inspecting the car, he identified the specific part that needed to be replaced and repaired the issue without replacing the entire engine.
