Euro Auto Plex

First time bringing a car here, Brandon explained everything they were gonna do on my car and kept me updated with messages and calls. Car rides nice and smooth after a good transmission service. I’d definitely come back.

Everyone at Euro Auto Plex was fantastic! I brought my 16-year-old Volvo XC60 making unusual noise under certain circumstances, no check engine light and not always possible to replicate, and the experts here were able to diagnose both the source of the noise but also additional, more serious oil leaks that my regular shop completely missed when they recommended I take it to a dealer. They completed the repair in a day, and the cost was much better than I was fearing--given the improvement in performance, I feel the expense was well worth it. I'll definitely return for future issues!

I’ve brought both of my cars to Euro Auto Plex for general repairs and servicing, and they’ve been consistently accommodating and easy to work with. Their communication has improved even more recently, making it simple to review and approve recommended repairs. The work is always high quality and completed in a timely manner.

Moved to Chicago 4 months ago and my Audi SQ5 needed a few things (oil change, coolant flush, serpentine belts, etc.) and each time I've went to these guys, it's been a smooth process from start to finish. The entire team is patient and thorough with communication, answering any questions/concerns. They take their time getting to know you and your car so you're on top of any maintenance throughout the vehicle life. Feels great to have found an exceptional shop on the first try moving to a new city.

Highly recommend! They are professional fairly priced, honest and know what they’re doing. As a female car owner it has been my experience that it is difficult to find an auto shop that is fair and honest with their service; but Brandon and Luke at Euro Auto Plex are great!
