Euro Chop Shop

I ordered an automated electric rear locking soft close lock for my 2006 BMW X-5from EuroChopshop and they got the part to me within 3 days here in Reno, NV. I brought the car by our local BMW dealership and they told me to check the relays that control the electric rear locking soft close lock. So, turned out to be a bad relay and not the utomated electric rear locking soft close lock. I called Eurochopshop and talked to Duke and he gladly gave me a return authorization number to send the part back to Eurochopshop. No restocking fee, no hassle, no problems. These guys are very good and their service was EXCELLENT! I will call Eurochopshop next time I need a part for my BMW! Thanks Duke. Scott, Reno, NV

Worst company to ever deal with. Their liars, send misleading pictures, and they do not gurantee their parts, and they don't honor their warranty. I urge you to do business elsewhere. Duke is a poor excuse of a person in his position. Fail
