Called them at 8am to cancel appointment because we couldn’t make it today. Guy who picked up was so rude when I gave them the name to the appointment. He said “why are you giving the name?” with so much attitude. To this, I reply “We made an appointment, don’t you need the name of the person to cancel?”. He goes “you make an appointment and you don’t show up, why would I need your name” with so much attitude as if he was personally offended. Hello? As a business, shouldn’t you be tracking who is and isn’t coming? You didn’t have your coffee this morning? Or your business is so bad that you have to lash out at customers who aren’t able to make it? Get off your high horse, you aren’t the only auto shops in town.

The best guys out there! I have taken my 2011 Mini Cooper S multiple times. They are always honest and affordable, they love explaining everything (which I love because I also find the engineering to be fascinating), and they’re always timely. No better guys out there, truly amazing human beings. I never review people, but I love these guys so much I wanted to let people know you can give them your money and feel great about it.

First time I used their services. My door lock actuator broke and an intense review of online DIY videos gave me an idea of the complexity. Dealer quoted me a day's work, 2 weeks for part arrival, and a month's worth of salary. I ordered the part online and then tried to find a shop that could do this complex work. After calling a few places and getting the "don't use customer parts" I called Robert and Yeros who were super polite, quoted me the job and gave me an appointment. Out of the 4-6 hour DIY video and dealer time estimates they billed me only 2.5 hours. Everything worked PERFECT. The brothers who run the shop are friendly, reasonably priced and will tell you the best way to fix your car even if it doesn't involve buying the newest and most expensive part. I don't like when my car needs work but it's always a pleasure to have a visit with these guys.
