Euro Motorworks

The customer service with Euro Motorworks was phenomenal. They placed me in a clean late model loaner vehicle with a full tank of gas. Communication with them was excellent. They kept me apprised of the progress of the repair along with photos of the troubled area prior to repairing it. The charges were more than I expected & of course more than I wanted to pay 😂 but my BMW is road worthy and I’m able to fully enjoy driving it due to the work by Euro Motorworks. I will definitely use them in the future.

My BMW X5 started overheating with no warning, Had it towed to Euro Motorworks, The service, communication and repair was smooth. sailing, completed on time, even worked with my crazy schedule, They definitely have a customer as long as I drive a car !

My experience at Euro Motorworks was great! Lauren was a pleasure to work with and highly communicative. She recommended services and did not pressure me on anything. Kelly greeted me each time with a friendly smile, and was very efficient, having me spend no more than 5 minutes in the lobby. Being provided a loaner vehicle to use also gave me a huge peace of mind, allowing me no interruption in my day-to-day. The cleaning was a nice touch, as well. I will be back for future service needs!

Euro Motorworks. What can I say….. They are the BEST place for all your euro car needs! Excellent service, always with a smile. Things get fixed the first time at a fair price. 5 Star all the way! I pick up my car and it’s parked front and center, fully detailed inside and out. Even the brake calipers are detailed. Who does that these days? Euro Motorworks, that’s who! Nobody wants to take their vehicle in for service, but if you have to, this is the place to go! I was pleasantly greeted immediately upon my arrival and provided with a loaner that was clean, gassed up, and every bit as nice as my own car. They performed a full 30,000-mile major service including oil change, rear brake pads and rotors, brake line flush, spark plugs, cabin filter and full vehicle inspection. I was even given a car wash coupon upon leaving as their detailer was running a little behind. While it was somewhat expensive, it was exceptionally reasonable for the amount of work performed and the exceptional service and communication they provided. Thanks so much!!!
