“All good things come to those who wait,”Lamentations 3:25, Jack, Derrick, Tom, Brandon and everyone who works at this shop set the standard, & then broke it. I am obsessive with my 987.2 and had a dent in the bumper. There were several other issues with regards to headlight scratches, rear upholstery , radiator grill, headlight motor. When I say that the car is restored to factory, it is. They had my car for 4 month and gave me one of their brand new Lexus rentals to use as much as needed. I am a traveling heath care provider and need reliable transportation. They ensured every concerned was addressed, kept me in constant communication and stayed with the agreed budget. Please, do yourself a favor, if you need body work of any kind, this is the place. They are the absolute best. Courteou

I was told when I dropped off my car that the repair process would take about two weeks, but it’s now been over six weeks and every week I get told it’ll be “just one more week.” The lack of communication and constant changing timelines have been incredibly frustrating. I understand delays can happen, but being transparent and keeping customers properly updated makes all the difference — and that clearly didn’t happen here. I would not recommend this shop unless they improve their communication and time management.

Euro Pro went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I noticed something that needed to be enhanced, and the owner addressed it immediately. He even ensured I understood the process by giving me a lesson in mechanics 101. He gathered his team and allowed me to see how they remove the bumper to educate me on a few things, and gave me a hands on lesson in real time. By them taking this step, it showed me the problem was not the entire bumper, but as they said a simple screw fix that tightened the light. While at it, he fixed another minor concern,although I could not prove whether it happened there. Euro Pros did a GREAT job on my Audi. Trust me when I say, I was hesitant at first bc this was my very first brand new car. After I spoke with Chase from Euro and he reassured me that they are OEM certified and they are not allowed to use after market parts (they also don't have after market parts for brand new vehicles anyway-not that I knew that) I honestly felt a lot better. Euro really has nothing but great people working there who were nothing but accomodating to me and didn't get annoyed with me and every single stupid little question I had. Even when I kind of was getting a little impatient they still were not rude to me and understood that I just was eager to get my car back. Even right now during Covid, I already understood it may take a little longer to get parts due to that but
