Eurofed Automotive

Convenient scheduling and prompt, courteous service are reasons Eurofed’s the shop I take my cars for service. For this appointment they performed intermediate scheduled service and a thorough, comprehensive inspection of systems and mechanical components for a reasonable cost compared to the dealer. From start to finish it was a hassle free experience that busy people can value.

HORRIBLE customer service. Lied to my face! Had my 2019 Maserati 60k service (including oil change) done there last year and it was flawless. Scheduled the appointment and was in and out of there in 2.5 hours. Today, I had my annual oil change scheduled for 10am. I arrived at 9:45 and was immediately asked if I needed a ride? I said that I would be waiting on the car as indicated on my reservation (attached photo). I was immediately informed that it would be 2-3pm before they could complete the oil change so I referenced my 10:00 appointment to which the man looked me dead on the eyes and said, “Sir, your Maserati is very complicated and an oil change takes 3-4 hours.” He actually told me that with a straight face like I have never had the vehicle’s oil changed before. I told him that was

They wanted me to give a response Went for an oil change on a BMW, they quoted me a price and after the service they charged me more. They noticed a leak and recommended a Water Pump and Feeder lines and a coolant flush, close to $4,400. Naturally I got a second opinion, their diagnosis was correct but I got it priced less elsewhere, with brake and other fluids changed plus car filters and more for less than half that. Plus they gave me double the warrant. Their prices are more than double and they offer less service for that money. You decide. I did.

Kevin and the team were amazing. From providing details (in terms I could understand), to recommending the next service and timeline, to ordering the uber to take me home and pick me up. I would highly recommend.

This was the first time I used this location. Same great service and friendly staff who make you feel welcome and are happy to answer questions as I experienced at one of their other locations. They do great work and provide documentation for the services provided. Many of those who bring their car there for service or mods are passionate about cars. As such, we tend to ask questions and try to be involved in what’s going on with the work. They remain patient and get answers for you from the techs. Roomy waiting area with very comfortable seating. I was able to easily work from there while waiting. They finished the work on time. I like that I can book online and they regularly communicate electronically prior to the appointment. They answer the phone. Some shops barely do. I’ve used them
