The package arrived busted up with the dmf poking out of the manufacturer's box. Luckily the oversized box the kit was placed in held. It looked like it was repackaged at some point in its journey. After inspecting the contents I discovered it had no bolts in the box. Theyre probably laying on a floor at a shipping hub. The parts themselves had superficial marks from being banged around. I tried contacting their customer service number but there's no one to answer the phone. Apparently its not their policy. I paid extra in shipping to get the parts in time to make a shop appointment. It took 2 emails over the course of 3 days before anyone responded to me. I missed my slot and have to wait another week to fix the car, AND had to pay extra for the bolts that were missing. I have 2 Audis and whenever I need parts I order from Europa Parts. They have the oem parts for my RS4 which can be difficult to find. I have ordered from other sites and been disappointed to receive aftermarket or “OE supplier” parts that are inferior. For example, I ordered a n80 valve for my RS4 and it came with the vent hose. The other sites only sent me the n80 valve by itself and I had to reuse the hose. *see pic. Items are usually shipped the same day so I receive them quickly. Best of off they organize a great cruise for Audi/VW/foreign car enthusiasts.
