Jimmy was amazing! I overheated on the freeway, and AAA towed me to his shop. It turned out my lower radiator hose had slipped off. Jimmy checked it out and explained that the hose was old and needed to be replaced. He gave me a very fair quote of $362 — which is great considering I drive a Mercedes-Benz ML350. When the replacement part arrived, it turned out to be the wrong one. Instead of leaving me stranded, Jimmy reinstalled the old hose, tightened it up securely, refilled my radiator fluid, and made sure I could safely drive the 20 miles home. He even told me to replace the part as soon as possible — and didn’t charge me a dime! It’s rare to find such honesty and kindness in auto repair these days.
