Bought a 2007 Volvo XC70 here on 11/20/2025. On 12/5/2025, I was about an hour from home with the vehicle and all of a sudden it started smoking. All the coolant leaked out of it. I’m very very unhappy. Paid $6,500 for this rig (which is astoundingly overpriced). Car had extremely low mileage and the interior/exterior was in fantastic shape.

Called them, no answer. Filled out form on website providing email and number, no response. They had a specific Mercedes I was looking for, but could not be reached. Explains why it has been for sale for months I guess. Not sure how small places like this survive providing no customer service in a tough economy...bought elsewhere.

I would highly recommend European auto sales to anyone who’s looking for a preowned vehicle. Andressa and Vinny were great to work with. Their no pressure approach was very much appreciated and they were kind professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I bought a Volvo from European Motors 1 year ago…. It had 56,000 miles on it and I paid cash for it. It has 60,000miles on it now for reference. I drove it for 1 month then stored it for personal reasons. I recently went to take it out of storage and took it to my trustworthy mechanic to make sure it was safe for my daughter to drive. After spending $1600 to fix the radio that just died one day, I lost trust in European motors as I also noticed a lot of things were glued , side mirrors the seat adjuster…. Whatever, my mechanic said the transmission was gone. I gave European motors the opportunity to make it right and buy the car back at half the price. I recently bought a 2013 VW Jetta and Vinnie and his wife were very nice to deal with. One headlight had a little condensation and it failed inspection. Vinnie immediately ordered a whole new headlight assembly and took care of it. I would buy another car from this dealer in the future.
