I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated by this garage. I had previously gone 1 time and had not issues. I scheduled a second appointment to have my breaks changed. I thought my appointment was the following week and due to surgery on the day before, I had my husband call to tell them I had to cancel because I was too unwell to go. Turns out my appointment was actually the following week and not the day I thought it was. As the week of the actual appointment arrived, my breaks were getting seriously worn.I had to cancel my appointment and find someone that could take me in sooner, and as a mother of a 1.5-year-old, I couldn’t risk driving in that condition. I have been doing business with European Auto Service for years and have found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and thankfully, considerably less expensive than BMW dealerships. Out of curiosity, I was drawn to read a couple of the 1 star reviews and found them to be laughably false and a real negative move on the unhappy ones who didn't receive the results they imagined. One had a history of ten 1 star reviews with various businesses in the area. Another threatened to sue because they failed to make his poorly maintained Porshe run like new after turning down recommended services. With time, I have experienced many reasons why this business can be trusted and deserving of my business. Amy, Trever and the entire team are top notch professionals, I highly recommend them.

We had our Rolls Royce repaired here and could not be happier. Although our appointment was a couple of weeks away we were told if we dropped it off early they would work on it in their spare time. We dropped it off Monday afternoon and picked it up Wed. before lunch. Very easy going, very helpful, and very affordable.

Aaron quarterbacked a recent engine rebuild on my 911--the rebuild itself was handled by Flat Six Innovations in GA, but Aaron managed the entire project. He is one of a handful, and I literally mean handful, of mechanics in the country that Jake Raby trusts to do his installations and initial break in procedure. That says enough right there. Jake went so far as to say that Aaron is one of the brightest car minds he knows of. My situation was slightly complicated, as the car had to be shipped from out of state, then transported back and forth between the shop and our new house in Maine (the engine rebuild took the entire Winter).
