Mary and Bud are good people who operate their business with natural honesty and integrity. I feel lucky to have found them after working with another local shop for years who kind of changed their ways. As I’ve become to know them, Bud is an ex airplane mechanic, works efficiently and precisely which results in a quick turn around. Mary runs the office tight, and quotes, billing and communication are five-star. As a euro car owner for years that does basic maintenance on my own I highly recommend them. A+…and great low key personality as well are a bonus.

Great shop. I'm from a far away town and was passing through Tracy when my 1999 BMW started overheating. Lucky for me I was able to limp into town and stumble upon this shop. They were really nice (obviously family owned), and very thoughtful of my predicament. They went above and beyond in several ways in order to get me on my way again while they took care of the car in the meantime, and they were really flexible & thoughtful about an after hours pickup, etc. Also, they were easy to communicate with - they gave me updates about the nature of the problem, expected readiness, etc. I usually do my own work on my car, and I can say this shop knows BMW's well and the repair was exactly what I expected. The European Auto Service is the best place to take your Mercedes and/or your BMW to have expert quality work done to it. They even performed a buyer's inspection for a used Mercedes that I end up purchasing. It is still a good vehicle right now today. Thanks European Auto Service
