Excellent service and great experience! I was a bit worried initially because this was my first time having service done outside of the dealership. My adviser, Arthur, was very friendly and straightforward. I was able to make a next day appointment, unlike some dealers who require to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I got my ML350 A/C fixed there the same day at quite a reasonable price. He explained the issue to me clearly and gave me the upfront cost estimate. The repair was done well without any issues. I am very satisfied. I will send my cars to them for regular maintenance as well in the future.
