Wonderful! My experience was superior. The customer service was excellent! The waiting area is plentiful with seating. Coffee and a Keurig is set up and stocked with a variety of coffees. Free coffee is always a plus. The waiting area is nicely organized and clean. Talk about magazine galore... You will not be bored if you decide to wait. Lucky for me I had a bunch of work that I was able to catch up on! The service was above and beyond and then some! I also needed a new tire which they don't do there, but Phil at the front desk hooked me up with Lawrence Tires. I already have an appointment to have my tire changed tomorrow evening at 4. AC went out in my 430clk. I called Felipe, he got my car right in. Todd called me to discuss options with a window door adjustment I requested and my third tail light had a broken connection. No problem for Todd! He had it repaired and back to me in no time. Never had to call in for updates, Felipe kept me updated without fail ! LOVE doing business with European Automotive ! Great first time experience, Phil was a awesome! They ordered my part for my Mercedes-Benz and they had it fixed the next day! I recommend European Automotive services to everyone!

LIE and DENY! I thought these guys were honest. Phil acted like such a genuinely good dude, but I dropped my car off for a basic oil change and they scratched my car on something. After I noticed and called dude had an excuse ready, saying there’s nothing to scratch my car on, and then he tried to say it looked like paint peeling, (SERIOUSLY!! It’s obvious scratched!!) I never leave bad reviews on anything, but this is a huge thing for everyone a car is not cheap! After paying for a service I have to pay for their mistakes also. Business Ethics, honesty and integrity are such a big deal in business. I’ll never take my car to them again this just happened 5/17/2024.
