After a very stressful experience with my 2017 Porsche Macan, I cannot say enough good things about European Car Care. My car suddenly stalled, started shaking at idle, and was making a loud clicking noise. A large chain repair shop told me the engine was bad and that I needed a replacement — which was obviously terrifying and potentially a five-figure repair. Instead of rushing into that decision, I had the vehicle towed to European Car Care for a second opinion. They properly diagnosed the issue and found that the problem was related to the high-pressure fuel pump, ignition components, and a damaged spark plug (one plug was actually broken off and had to be carefully removed). I stopped in at European Car Care this morning in attempt to get an urgent brake job, after doing a quick internet search and checking some reviews, as well as their overall customer rating. Well their high rating turned out to be very accurate in my opinion. Tony was friendly, accomodating, and projected an honest and straight forward personality. The job was done well, and i thought the price was reasonable. I will definitely return.

Amazing...My go-to shop! They have been servicing my Land Rover LR4 for the last few repairs and they always do great work in a timely manner at great prices. They've left me a happy customer each time and with money left in my bank account (lol). Update 6/9/25: After about 2-3 years with European Car Care, I unfortunately have to part ways. They do decent work that sometimes is a hit or miss (which happens..I understand not everything can be perfect!), and do have fair pricing in some cases. However, they are bad at communication (which I have always overlooked until now).
