The best shop I've been to in Vegas; I will be taking my car here for all my repairs. My car had a check engine light that indicated a problem with my mass airflow sensor. I changed the sensor and notified them. When they diagnosed the issue, they took into consideration what I had noted and conducted a further inspection using smoke to determine that the problem was an air leak. My mechanic took pictures of all the parts that needed to be replaced, and a quote was provided via a link they provided me with, which was very well organized. Considering all the repairs I had them do, I got my car back reasonably quick. The staff were very friendly and answered all my phone calls. Epic experience with the EMC team. Just had my Range Rovers 95k service and received a $9,800 repair bill for leaking coolant pipes, pumps and various other annoying 'its a Range Rover' issues. Range Rover = $9,800 - 'can fit it in to do in 2 weeks' - 4 day repair time. EMC = $3,800 - in the shop 5 days later - 24hrs to repair. Can not recommend this shop enough! will absolutely be my go-to moving forward.

I recently needed my water pump replaced and found European Motor Cars. Their service has been outstanding—regular text updates, pictures of the process, excellent communication, and a friendly team. I brought my 2010 volkswagen jetta wagon, with the frozen moonroof to european motor cars with their promise that they could at least get it to close for me. I was charged $190.00dollars for the diagnosis of the entire vehicle and was told they would not do anything to help me close the moonroof to avoid being liable for any damage. They basically threw their hands up and told me.They would charge me 4 thousand dollars to replace the entire moonroof. I took the car home. I Hooked the rope up to it to apply pressure while turning the control knob. And I managed to get the moonroof to close myself. This was a complete waste of time, effort and money that they still will not honor to at least apply to changing the oil of the car or refreshing the coolant. This company does not provide helpfu

The service was fast. Helpful, knowledgeable & honest. My appointment was at 11am. I dropped my car off at 9am they were ready by 1pm. With an additional service that was done on my car, they got that done within an hour also. I was still able to pick my car up same day and pick up my car on my lunch break.
