BEWARE!!! Got my AC done a few months ago and noticed water leaking on my feet a few weeks ago. Didn’t want to think it was something they did but turns out it is either neglect or sabotage. They forgot to put the clamp back on the hose that goes to my hvac evaporator unit under my dash. I checked it myself and clip was taken out and not put back. Clamp was there before cause I never had any leaks since I owned car. Confirmed that it is on there from factory. It leaked 100% because the hose was loose and could not hold onto there tight enough I confirmed that as well. So thanks to them it leaked water all onto my TCU and made car undrivable. I put a clamp on there and was able to dry everything up which took several days and fixed it myself. No more leaks and car shifts properly n

Chris worked on my 2005 Saab Aero Convertible. He is professional, highly knowledgeable, meticulous and honest. He took time to give me tips on vehicle maintenance. His prices for work done were very reasonable.He did an excellent job and I would not hesitate recommending him to work on Saab's.

First off, I want to say that European Motors was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Omaha in any industry. It’s exceedingly rare to find someone like Chris today. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and frankly went out of his way to help me. I had an oil leak in my Audi A4, and Chris explained that he first wanted to clean everything very well in order to be sure of where the leak was coming from before replacing any parts. I had already taken my car to be looked at by a couple of other shops, who both recommended expensive repairs without even being sure of what was leaking. Chris could’ve done the same and charged me for multiple repairs, but he spent the extra time to make a precise diagnosis. He then called me with the information, and a gave an up front price that was very reasonable.

An absolute terrible experience all around! When I dropped my car off my window was half rolled down and they called and were yelling at me to pick it up, after the window was rolled and everything settled down it took over a week for them to even look at it, then 3 weeks to actually work on my car. They then charged me OVER $1,900 for a fuel pump when I ALREADY gave them the main part of the pump, and originally was priced at $1600. Also, with the 4 + weeks it was there, wherever it was parked attracted rust in areas, and they tried telling me a rare and very expensive electrical braking system part on my car needed replaced when in reality all it was, was a loose brake wire. I have used Chris and the team at European Motors for years. They are talented and work to find the solution to any problem you bring them. They are more cost effective than any of the local European car dealers in the area. They have worked on Mini, Fiat, BMW, Audi and Jaguar models for me over the years.
