Terrible experience from start to finish. This shop is crooked and completely untrustworthy. They overcharge, lie about what’s wrong with your car, and do sloppy work just to get more money out of you. After they “fixed” my car, it ran worse than before. When I tried to get answers, they dodged responsibility and were rude about it. It’s obvious they don’t care about their customers — only about how much they can squeeze out of you. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere honest.

I had a terrible experience with this repair shop. The staff was unprofessional, communication was poor, and my car was returned with the same issue I originally brought it in for. They charged me a high price for work that clearly wasn’t done correctly. When I tried to follow up, they gave me the runaround and refused to take responsibility. I would not recommend this place to anyone—save yourself the headache and go somewhere more reliable.

Overall, Victor and gang provided great service for my 2006 987.1 and 2004 996.1. Really no issues with these guys as they delivered! Only reason for the 4-stars is that they do take awhile at times. But I'd come back here for my Mercedes as well. Just have to be patient with them and trust them. Keep up the good work you guys!

If you don’t have another car to move around just don’t bring it. Took my car on a Thursday for a diagnostic (it was in the afternoon) understood they wouldn’t be able to make a diagnostic that day. Called Friday around 2:30 ish pm to see if the diagnostic had been made & go for it later in the day, they told me they received several cars that day & wouldn’t be able to make the diagnostic, if I wanted I could go pick it up to use it on the weekend and take it back Monday I left it there thinking they could just take care of it on Monday, heard nothing back on Monday, called in the afternoon, they said they would call me back in a bit cause they were having lunch. They never called back, had to go to the shop & check, the car was parked outside, they never really even did anything to it

A couple months ago, I had brought in my 1997 e36 for a coolant tank explosion, all too common on the e36, and after putting 7,000 miles on the car since, I'm happy to say that all the work I had done on the car has held up *perfectly*. There was a period shortly after where it seemed like something went awry and the car was leaking some kind of fluid, but after taking it back in, free of charge, the technician had showed me that it was actually the CCV system that had failed! Great work, definitely worth the long drive from the west side to have them work on the car!
