European Service Center - Cedar Springs

European Service Center is great!! I definitely will won't be going back to the dealership anymore. I was told what was wrong with my Mini, and anything else that needed to be fixed in the future. Service was fast, reliable and spot on. I also enjoyed that the Cedar Springs location is right up the street from where I live.

Absolutely terrible place. Zero communication, customer service, and any sort of care for my car. I would never trust them in general and especially with my car again. Scheduled an oil change online on a Friday evening for my 89 Mercedes. They’d seen my car before in 2023 so the car info came up with my phone number. I called when they opened at 8am Monday to confirm they had what they needed, cognizant of the age of the car. Initially told me they don’t work on these cars but when I mentioned they’d done an oil change before I was then told yes I was in the system so my 9am appointment was good and it would be done by end of day. I called at 3 for an update on timing and was told they hadn’t gotten to it yet but would be done by 5. I called a few minutes after 5 and was told they’d reali

European Service Center has been my go to repair shop for Land Rovers for the past 20 years. Their team consistently delivers excellent customer service, honest pricing, and dependable work. It is hard to find a shop you can truly trust, and they have earned that trust time and time again. Highly recommend!

I took my car in because I noticed a leak. They determined that the power steering pump was leaking, so I had them replace it. My car had about 6 days remaining before Service C would be due. I was told that Service C had been performed on my car, which was totally untrue. I had Service C performed a couple of days later by my mechanic in Louisiana. I had to return to European Service Center a couple of days after returning from New Orleans. My pulley went out and affected everything inter the hood, including my steering, I had no steering and had to call a tow truck to bring my car back to European Service Center for the necessary repairs. The repair was well performed and I have not had anymore problems with my car.

Tried European Service Center for the first time & will not be going back. I went in for a simple oil change and had to come back twice after the initial appointment to have a an error on their end fixed. If you have a Porsche, I would recommend other shops in the area which have similar pricing. Their level of customer service seemed lacking with little acknowledgement of my issue.
