I brought my car to this shop for service that totaled nearly $5,000, and what I received in return was poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and inappropriate comments. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed that the oil change sticker was removed which prompted me to check my oil and the oil level was below the minimum line. The hood latch wasn’t properly reattached, making it impossible to open. I also found a new oil leak coming from the same area where parts had just been replaced. These are serious oversights that show a lack of care and attention. I reached out to the shop via email with detailed photos and videos explaining these issues, and I’ve yet to receive any response. For a business that charges premium prices, this level of customer service is unacceptable. T

European Service Center is my go to place for Range Rover repairs and service. And have referred several customers with BMW's - all have been extremely satisfied with their service and cost. Kudos to Scott and Kenny who are run the front office and are true professionals!

They did a great job. I went just to get my maintenance done since Volvo was going to charge me a fortune. They knew what was required for my mileage and it was cheaper. Plus they noticed a cracked part in the inspection, sent me photos and I was able to repair it fairly quickly. I don’t think Volvo would have checked it as thoroughly had I taken it there.

These guys communicate well and are honest. Did a nice job working on my behalf with my extended warranty company. Will return in the future for any issues with my Audi.

I just picked up my 2022 Macan from the European Service Center on Roswell after its 40k service, and they did an outstanding job! The service included spark plug replacement, an oil change, PDK fluid and filter changes, and more. I’m new to Atlanta and had previously gone to Hennessy Porsche, who also did great work. However, European Service Center charged less than half the price of the dealer—and they use top-quality fluids and OEM parts. Honestly, why pay dealership prices just for a loaner car and a latte when you can get the same high-quality service for much less? The team was professional, highly communicative, and paid close attention to all my questions and concerns. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends!
