I came here to get the serpentine belt replaced on my 2008 VW Rabbit around Thanksgiving of last year. The owner quoted me a great price and understood when I told him I couldn’t afford to do the other repairs it desperately needs and didn’t push a sizable quote in addition to the replacement price. The work was done quickly and when the part ended up needing an additional belt to work properly, I wasn’t charged extra. The communication was great and I felt really safe having my car fixed at this location. We had a nice chat in the lobby while we waited with the owner’s mother as well. I’ll definitely return to get the rest of the work done as soon as I can.

As someone buying a 30+ year-old German car from out of state, finding a trustworthy shop for a PPI is terrifying. John, the owner at European Service Center, completely blew me away. He squeezed me in on very short notice, and the inspection was incredibly thorough, catching specific suspension and engine seal issues that other shops would have glossed over. John was fantastic at breaking down the detailed findings and recommendations over the phone so I knew exactly what I was getting into. Fast, honest, clear communication, and extremely meticulous. 10/10 recommend.

Recently had my Porsche serviced here and they were honest and quick with everything. If you are a woman and are scared of being scammed by mechanics you have no need to worry with this shop! 100% trustworthy and family owned. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back for future services.

This place is awesome. I took my Mercedes because of the check engine light. They found the problem and had my car back to me in the same day. Service was so professional and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t take my Mercedes to any other shop.

Got my spark plugs done on my m3 and Everyone working there is so cool and very helpful. Really knew wat they were talking about and got my car done really fast. Im really picky when it comes down to my car and i 100% trusted them and glad i found a shop i can trust and leave my car with knowing they going to take care of it and get the job done right.
