I have been going to this shop for over four months and I keep coming back for one reason. They do the job right every time. The team at European Service Center always takes care of my car and makes the whole process easy. I drive a 2014 CLS63S AMG, so repairs are never small. I have spent over $20,000 in work so far, but I trust them because they use straight OEM parts and never cut corners. They treat the car with real care and respect. Best prices and customer service is amazing. This was my first visit here and I will not be going back to the dealership. I was in and out in less than two hours. The guy up front was so kind he went in the back and found me a comfortable computer chair so I could work from the built-in desk in the lobby. They use superior quality oil imported from Germany and my Mercedes runs like a dream after service. My car and my wallet are happy!

First time in, and these guys were great. Friendly, courteous, timely service, seemingly reasonably priced. I'll definitely return. While I was waiting for my ride home upon leaving my car there, I had a conversation with a gentleman who had several of his cars maintained and repaired there in many instances over quite a period of time, and he said he's always been very happy with their work – which is why he was there yet again. I have a 2012 Rogue and my repair was complicated, I needed bushings replaced in the subframe. It required special jacks, compression, and serious knowledge. If it is done wrong it can mess up the whole front end. I called around, and found this company and felt like they gave me a fair price and I had them do the repair. Not only did they drop me off and pick me up, but they also checked around the repair and helped me know if there was anything looming lol. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and has coffee and drinks and windows to see into a very well organized service area. Highly recommend this shop. They gave a list of services my vehicle required with a video of the area in question. Gave me a turn around time when it would be ready and they delivered - on time. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and customer service. They sent a follow up text. Water pump and radiator working now. I’m definitely using them again!
