Eurosport Cycle

I read the reviews before buying my brand‑new Ducati from Eurosport Cycle. I saw the negative ones, but there were plenty of good ones too, so I rolled the dice. Boy, did I get taken. I was told the bike was “mint.” When it arrived, the fairings were scratched — obvious damage on a motorcycle that was supposed to be flawless. I called repeatedly to get it addressed, but every time I reached someone, I was told only the owner could handle my concerns. Despite that, the owner seemed to constantly avoid my calls and he made it incredibly difficult to connect with him. When I finally did get him on the phone, he dismissed the damage entirely and told me “that’s just how Ducatis are." He further stated that there wasn't anything he would do. So, I'm left with this very expensive motorcycle

They are genuinely nice people who work there. I bought a Triumph Tiger Sport 660, and they explained everything about the bike in detail. It's the only dealership I've been to where they did not pressure me about addons or extended warranties. Also, the 600 mile check could be scheduled a week in advance and only took 1 hour 30 minutes.

Ordered and purchased a motorcycle from these guys and had them do some work, adding accessories and such, prior to sending it over. They seemed like a bunch of stand-up guys, but they’re actually wolves in sheep’s clothing. After I had received the bike and took it in for service, the tech kept calling me telling me I either need new items or things were missing. My service bill was so high, you would have thought I purchased a salvage bike. Also, the new bike was sold to me with scratches in the tank AND NONE OF THIS WAS MADE AWARE TO ME. I should have listened to the negative reviews and went else where. I do take part of the responsibility because I should have inspected the bike. Highly recommend! I've had my bike serviced here a few times and they have done an amazing job. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and the pricing is more than reasonable.

Going Back to GSXR Eurosport Cycle is the classic wolf in sheep’s clothing. They turn on the charm the moment you walk in — all smiles, all “we’ll take great care of you” — but once your bike is out of sight, the care and professionalism vanish. After a routine service, I noticed new blemishes in my paint. When I asked how they clean the bikes, an associate casually told me they wipe every bike down with brake cleaner. Brake cleaner. On paint. On plastics. On machines people take pride in. That alone says everything about their standards — and explains the fresh damage. While the bike is on the stand, observations of a Honda Gold Wing being worked on inches away, may be made; as if every motorcycle is just the same lump of metal.
