Online scheduling was very easy. Had a lot of work done for 100k maintenance and multiple recalls. All the work was done within half a day! Great communication from the staff on updates on the work. Price on all the work done seemed very reasonable. Would highly recommend this dealership for service.

Very good dealings with the financial aspect. I am generally happy with my purchase. We left the car for an agreed upon tire exchange and a detailed cleaning after purchase to pick up when completed. I was told the cleaning had not been done yet because it was new to the lot. My only disappointment is while I was told the car would be "detailed" (cleaned) it was not done. I picked the car up on a day the office was closed and I had been informed "it was already to go". It was not even cleaned. There was gunk in the cup holders, dog hairs present, mud still under inner door rims, back leather seats had something drippy on them, grime to upper ceiling where a dog probably looked out the window, no protectant to make it look nice, and more. I had my car in for oil change and rear brake replacement. When I had the car bag i noticed a smell of oil or gasoline. I called and the service tech stuff that was normal. 2 days later it still reeked and we were going to be traveling to Florida. I called again on the morning of the day we were leaving. I had to bring it in. They found that the service person left the oil cover off and it leaked into the manifold. They did get it smelling better but when I picked it up there was no apology. I would have thought that could have at the very least done that. They could have offered some discount on a future service. It was a big inconvenience.

Short version: 2 visits already, happy people, well-communicated, easy and available scheduling. (Oil Change, Tire rotation, service rec's for 95,000mi) I've been twice in the past 2 months. First time, they helped diagnose a bad wheel bearing. (I replaced a wheel bearing myself, but I replaced the wrong one.) I returned a month later for an oil change and tire rotation. Multiple people helped me during my visits, and everyone communicated well, offered advice, and was smiling--BJ, Dave, Olivia, Sherry, Jake! (I forget to smile all the time.) There was even a man who offered an open desk where I could work as he saw my folders and papers plus a laptop. Lastly, I am so happy with the availability of scheduling.

There was a lack of communication between the service department and parts. On 3/7 I had a mobile repair scheduled. That was canceled due to the parts not being in. Then I was rescheduled for 3/21. That was canceled because they said this service was complete on 3/7, according to their records. The truck was never serviced. Once this was all explained multiple time the service was rescheduled for 3/21 and completed. This all was not necessary and could have been much smother if communication was better on Evansville end.
