Even Par Auto Sales is a licensed auto dealer. It is owned by a husband and wife who manage it all (Mike and Michelle). From what we understand and experienced, Mike finds cars on auction and through trade ins and is in charge of getting the cars checked out, repaired (if needed, using a licensed mechanic), cleaned, and ready for resale. Michelle is in charge of the selling side of the business and works with the buyers from test drives, viewings, questions, and managing all the paperwork involved in the sale. My husband and I noticed that they sell their cars for fair market value (based on KBB market estimates).
