Evergreen Subaru Service Center

Great experience with the service team. I had ordered some accessories for my new car for future installation but the team here had everything installed and ready for me when I picked up my car. Will be using them exclusively for maintenance.

Candace is amazing!! She has always shown empathy, understanding, and kindness. Every time that I bring in our subaru, I feel completely confident that when I hand her my keys, she's going to make sure that our vehicle is being taken care of. Any time that I have asked for additional information or even explaining of the techs terms, she has been so kind and not hesitated to help me understand. I really appreciate her positive energy!!! Also Stacy, and really everyone in the service department has always been so nice as well! Thank you guys!!!

The work that was done was done correctly, however communication about what needed to be done was horrendous. I ended up picking my car up on the day my inspection sticker expired after the shop had it for two days, and they didn't tell me that it needed a rear wiper to pass inspection. They told me it needed one, but only when I called back to ask about the inspection sticker after driving away did they tell me that was needed FOR the sticker. The first person I spoke to acknowledged the problem but was very dismissive. They did make it right after I spoke to the manager, but when you spend thousands of dollars somewhere and they cause that kind of inconvenience it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. It doesn't seem like the employees care that much about doing their jobs well.

Took our Subaru in for service and State Inspection sticker on Memorial Day, I was pleasantly greeted by Callahan who wrote up my request, and had our vehicle serviced, and washed in short order. Great place to purchase your vehicle, and have it serviced.

I was pleased to have my Ascent seen on short notice as parking brake would not engage, diagnosis was received within 1&1/2 hrs after arrival without an appointment, needs a new switch which is on order and should be repaired within a few days under warranty
